To lose belly fat in a healthy way is to balance what you eat from what you do. Stop purchasing food in fast food stalls with high fat content, not to mention the amount of oil in their food. How can you even put that in their mouth ? Eating well make your complexion a lot better and will have better metabolism at the same time. Eating fruits with fibers is the best thing you can do. Go eat green vegetable, because even though they don’t taste that great, it can help you get rid those body fats.

And when it comes to exercising, go get a trainer, they can teach you all the ropes to perfect exercise; you will surely lose belly fat in no time. If you cant afford a trainer, some local states have free gym equipments down at the beach, use it while enjoying the scenery. Get on the treadmill; instead of walking, run, you can burn twice as many fats. If you still cant afford to go to gyms, use a public pool and swim in it.
